7500 Series
Construction Features:

  1. Button push in and turn button function.
  2. Threaded inside rose conceals mounting plate and screws.
  3. Internal mechanism heavy gauge cold rolled steel, all parts are zinc plated and dechromated to assure protection from rust or corrosion. Special lubricant applied for smoother operation.
  4. Cylindrical housing 2 1/8" diameter provides great strength and durability.
  5. Cylinder precision solid brass, pick resistant 5-pin tumbler. Must turn key one-quarter to remove and replace cylinder. Can be construction keyed and masterkeyed as required.
  6. Solid Brass 5 Pin "C" keyway.
  7. Cylinder knob demountable for quick rekeying and replacement: reversible for either right or left-hand doors swinging in or out.
  8. Outside rose threaded 2 3/4" diameter large rose adjustable for various door thickness.
  9. Latchcase sturdy, all steel mechanism.
  10. Guard bold dead locks latch bolt automatically.
  11. Front standard 2 1/4" X 1" packed with 1/8" plastic filler for 1/8" width.
  12. Throw bolt affords a high degree of security. Standard with solid, rustless, pressure cast. #300 series antimagnetic stainless steel or brass latch bolt.
  13. Adjustable 2 3/8" - 2 3/4" backset.
  14. Knobs cannot slip or pull off. Both kept in position by positive spring catch.

  • Backset - Standard 2-3/8" & 2 3/4 adjustable.
  • Strikes - "T" strike standard. Optional ANSI or full lip strike available.
  • Finishes - US32D, US10B, US3, US10. Other finishes not shown available subject to quantity and lead time.
  • Packaging Includes:
    • Adjustable 2 3/8" to 2 3/4" backset square corner. Preset 2 3/8".
    • Standard "C", 5 pin cylinder
    • T Strike
  • Keying - 5-pin "C" keyway cylinder, 2 keys per lock.
  • Additional Keyways - Schlage E, Russwin D1, Corbin 60, Sargent LA, Falcon/Weiser E, Arrow, Yale 8, Yale GA. Can also accept Medeco, Assa, and Kaba High Security Cylinders.
  • Bore Diameter - 1" for latch. 2 1/8" for lock housing.
  • Meets or exceeds requirements of BHMA/ANSI A156.2 Series 4000 for grade 3 (FF-H-106C)

Keyed Locks

Entrance Lock Turn Button
Pushing turn-button in inside knob locks outside knob. Turning inside knob or operating key in outside knob releases button automatically. Closing door does not release button. Button may be fixed in locked position by turning to horizontal position. Inside knob always free. Latch bolt automatically deadlocks when door is closed.

Classroom Lock
Deadlocking latchbolt operated by knob form either side except when outside knob is locked from outside by key. When outside knob is locked, latchbolt is operated by key in outside knob or by rotating inside knob.

Storeroom Lock
Deadlocking latchbolt operated by key in outside knob or rotating inside knob. Outside knob is always fixed.

Non Keyed Locks

Privacy Lock
Latch bolt operated by knob from either side. Outside knob is locked by push button inside and unlocked by emergency release outside, rotating inside knob or closing door.

Passage Latch
Latch bolt operated by knob from either side at all times.
