About Us

Cal-Royal Products, Inc. was established in California in 1983 and has since remained committed to delivering exceptional products and outstanding customer service. Over the past four decades, our experienced management team and skilled staff have worked collaboratively to support the evolving needs of the construction and building industries.

Today, Cal-Royal operates five warehouses nationwide. Our corporate headquarters and primary distribution facility are located in Commerce, California, supported by strategically positioned warehouses in Arizona, Texas, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Colorado. This national footprint allows us to efficiently serve customers across the United States.

Cal-Royal specializes in innovative, value-added architectural hardware and accessories for the building industry. Our extensive product line is engineered to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and complies with all levels of ANSI classifications—Grades 1, 2, and 3—as well as applicable UL standards.

As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation, Cal-Royal is one of only three manufacturers to offer a Grade 1 clutch system for lever locks (Genesys). This advanced system is designed to protect levers from damage caused by misuse or vandalism, delivering superior durability and long-term value. In addition, we offer a comprehensive range of mortise locks, exit devices, door closers, hinges, and a wide variety of architectural hardware and trim products.

Over the past 40 years, Cal-Royal products have been specified for numerous high-profile construction and renovation projects, including the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., and multiple facilities of the Internal Revenue Service. Our products are also found in Hilton and Marriott hotels, federal courthouses, hospitals, retail developments, and a broad range of commercial buildings nationwide.

Cal-Royal Products, Inc. was founded by Mr. Sina Yashar and his sons, Kaye and David Yashar. Mr. Yashar was a distinguished international businessman prior to establishing the company. Kaye Yashar earned his degree in Computer Science in England, while David Yashar pursued Business and Marketing. Today, both remain actively involved in the company’s daily operations. Their combined leadership, vision, and expertise have been instrumental in Cal-Royal’s continued growth and success as a leader in manufactured and imported architectural hardware.
